OutSide Inn

I stayed for 6 weeks for work and the rooms are very clean, quite and comfortable The Keurig coffee maker is a perfect touch. The owners are very pleasant and there hospitality makes you feel at home and they go out of there way to make your stay as comfortable as possible and the second fridge was a plus for me. So if your passing through or in Rangley Colorado for work this is the place to stay.

Very reasonable rates and the room was very clean. My wife and I hit a deer on our motorcycle. After my wife being released from the hospital with a broken ankle, we stayed here while waiting for our ride home to Washington state. Manager was so sweet and went absolutely above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. This establishment is truly an asset to the community.

My room was decent. Blankets and sheets were super comfy. Kurig was a nice touch. My only qualm was the bath tub. It was a non working jetted tub and some debris from the filters were in the bath water. I would recommend showering instead of taking a bath. I would definitely stay here again when I visit.

I had a great stay! Comfy bed and sheets. It’s quiet and great for workers. Very clean room. Bonnie is great and very kind. Wifi is not the best but they did offer me a ethernet cable. Dryer is old, coin based, and needs two cycles to dry clothes, easy to solve buying a new dryer. It would be nice if we could get a free laundry per week lol, who wouldn’t like that? Hoping I can come back next year!

We spent one night at the Outside Inn after having stretched our visit to Dinosaur National Monument by a day. We were greeted by three very friendly faces (the owners - Kevin and Bonnie, it seems - and a young woman who works at the motel) who got us checked into our room and quickly got us the quarters we needed to do laundry. We had a very comfortable night’s stay. The room was clean. The bed was comfy and the shower was extra invigorating and strong! Our only complaints are that the air conditioning unit is loud and the curtains don’t block the morning sunlight. We even took the liberty of locking ourselves out of our room, and Kevin came right over to let us in. ;-) Rangely is a tiny western Colorado town that I don’t expect I will visit again, but if you find yourself needing a room in the vicinity, do stay at the Outside Inn. It’s not fancy, but in my mind, a clean room, a comfortable bed, and friendly folks are what’s needed when you’re on a long road trip. Everyone we encountered while in town was super friendly and nice. Our room had a Keurig machine and real bath towels, the super thick ones, not typical thin hotel towels!
